Each year Cavallo Farm holds our Young Riders Summer Camp for boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 12. The camp runs Monday through Thursday from 9:30 am - 12:00 pm. Campers will enjoy a fun and exciting morning that consists of learning about riding, grooming, tack care, and how to maintain a happy and healthy horse.

Each child will ride every day and will receive individual help from experienced riders. This camp is perfect for children who have little to no horse experience and are looking for an introduction to riding in a safe and friendly environment. There is a maximum of 5 riders per camp session.

The daily schedule for each session is:
9:30 - 10:00 lesson about horses
10:00 - 10:30 groom and tack up
10:30 - 11:30 hour riding lesson
11:30 - 12:00 untack
